City Partnerships

The City of Sinsheim maintains partnerships with the French city of Longué-Jumelles and the Hungarian city of Barcs.

On 3 October 1992, the City of Sinsheim received the European Council’s Europe Diploma and was presented with the European flag on 17 March 1996 by European Council member Dr. Janusz Szymanski.

The European Council awards this distinction to communities of particular merit with regard to the spread of European ideals.

We hope to see the participation of many young people for a lively future so that the city partnerships continue to flourish.

Additionally, Sinsheim has partnerships with the community of Cefalu in Sicily.
